I've kept track of the boxes a few years, and the Master Naturalist volunteer is probably no longer tracking boxes. The nature center staff is taking care of the boxes. The ones around the Nature Center prairie got upgraded here and there, and some also moved around as the cattle enclosure changes.
In 2026 there were at least two nests on the South Side and one on the North. I only did birding and observed, did not go to the boxes.
